Mr. Michalski has his AAS in Civil Engineering Technologies-Highway Technician from Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin Rapids. He is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He was a SeaBee in the U.S. Navy while serving on Active Duty.
